Exercises oversight of the financial resources of the Association.

Oversees the employment of HEBA staff and pastoral care.

Grants Sub-Working Group

Assesses and commends applications for grants from HEBA and BUGB.

Trust Working Group

Advises and supports churches on the sale, purchase and development of buildings – and trusteeship.

Ministry Recognition Group

Interviews, advises and commends candidates for Baptist ministry.
