Draft new Articles and Rules for the Heart of England Baptist Association were introduced at last year's AGM by the Association Administrator, who explained that the trustees were seeking  feedback on the documents from the constituency with a view to producing a final version for adoption at the AGM in 2012. One amendment was proposed and was accepted by the trustees (new paragraph 7 a) and the consultation period closed on 31 December 2012.
