If we are to grow then we need to make an impact in our communities by sharing the love of Christ.

Our desire is to see all churches grow as people come to faith and as they witness to their faith in believer’s baptism. The ‘Mission Strategy Group’ aims to resource, equip and encourage both individuals and churches so that they are better able to reflect and present Christ. Our focus is on the following:

• Putting together an index of resources within the Association which will be shared with all member churches – mission specialists, available materials with links to churches who have used them, good practice guides

• Hosting conferences and seminars to equip churches and individuals

• Offering ‘Mission Consultancy’ which is a programme aimed at helping a church understand the community it serves and to put together an action plan to more effectively share Christ

• Putting together a map of church presence in the West Midlands area and forming a strategy for church planting within the Association

 HEBA has entered into a strategic partnership with Saltmine to help us fulfill our vision.
