Strategic Forum
The Strategic Forum exercises a visionary role, bringing together Group Representatives, Trustees, Regional Ministers and others three times a year.

Each meeting focuses largely on the work of one of HEBA’s strategy groups (Leading Issues, Mission and Church Life), helping to develop insights, planning for the future and making recommendations for the allocation of resources.
