Discipleship Training 

If you are a deacon, elder, preacher or other church leader, HEBA is providing study and training for local church leaders. The training is delivered in twelve modules, and the level of teaching is roughly equivalent to ‘A’ level - though you do not need any prior qualifications, nor do you have to sit any exams. You can study as few or as many of the modules as you wish,  and should you want your learning to be assessed, assignments are set  which will be assessed  for each module

If you successfully complete all twelve modules of  teaching and assessments, you will have met the theological requirements to become a Baptist Recognised Local Minister - more info here https://www.baptist.org.uk/Articles/719509/Recognised_Local_Minister.aspx.

Payment for modules: once your registration has been accepted, your details will be sent to HEBA and you will be invoiced for the module.
